Duties

You will plan, organize and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program. You will receive and process complaints and related investigations concerning residents to leadership. You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters. You will conduct joint tenant-management walk-throughs of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities. You will conduct evaluations, assessments, walk-through inspections and reports requirements to higher-level management for contract performance ratings and compliance.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • You will be required to maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of overseeing planning, developing, scheduling, implementing and technical supervision. You may also meet the minimum qualifications through one of the following:

1 full year of graduate level education
OR
Superior academic achievement
OR
Have a combination of specialized experience and education that equates to one year of experience. Your percentage of the required education plus your percentage of the required experience equal 100 percent.
