Duties
You will serve as the Housing Manager for the MCAS Cherry Point bachelor housing program.
You will develop recommendations for changes in MCAS bachelor housing policy.
You will provide supervision to the Bachelor Housing Division Personnel in performing assigned work.
You will formulate bachelor housing improvement plans within the framework of established Housing Department and Air Station objectives, policies, and standards.
You will coordinate surveys and inspections to determine bachelor housing conditions or requirement, reviews and evaluates findings, results, and reconmmendations developed.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing, developing, or coordinating operational procedures for bachelor housing administration; and directs all facets of bachelor housing programs including tenant relations, assignment procedures, eligibility requirements, and furnishing considerations.

Education
Education may be substituted in lieu of experience with the following:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
