About the Position: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst and advisor in the G-4/8, US Army Combat Readiness Center (USACRC), located at Fort Novosel, Alabama.
Duties
Serves as a Management and Program Analyst and advisor in the G-4/8, US Army Combat Readiness Center (USACRC).
Performs a wide variety of management functions on manpower and management controls for the command.
Provides detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Conducts management studies, responds to requests from higher headquarters, prepares analysis and reports and recommends strategies for future purposes.
Advises senior leadership in the organization on the Risk Management Internal Control (RMIC) program.
Responsible for the development of plans and operating procedures for the command.
Serves as a Contract Officer Representative and Government Purchase Card Approving Official for the Command.
Serves as the Support Agreement Manager (SAM) for the command.
Requirements

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes conducting data analysis to provide recommendations for improvement on manpower programs; assisting leadership in the implementation and/or status of the organizations Risk Management Internal Control program; assisting leadership with statements of work and accuracy of contracts; and conducting organizational studies to determine the effectiveness of various tools, such as: forms, records, files, and/or management processes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
