About the Position: You will serve as a U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command (USACIDC) action officer for implementation of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) programs. Duties

Utilize FOIA/PA to ensure documents requested are able to be released in accordance with law. Develop case files for each request for proper documentation according to organizational guidelines to support the mission. Conduct research on new and updates U.S. Operational Codes to ensure most up to date codes are used to help support overall mission. Utilize knowledge of Law Enforcement activities, procedures, investigative techniques and policies. Interpret legislation regarding the release of information and represent the Command in subject matter issues.
