This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for directing resources and lead comprehensive program and budget management tasks as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned programs.
Duties
As a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Develops plans that are designed to address negative trends affecting specific programs.
Identifies, studies, and analyzes short- and long-range operating trends.
Develops in-depth project plans that include timelines and deliverables.
Provide financial management and oversight for the International Security Cooperation Programs Account and houses the cell responsible for all Congressional Notifications of Sec. 333, 335, 1263.
Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, set deadlines for completion of work, and assign work to subordinates based on priorities.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-14 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level grade level in the Federal service:
Leading a diverse group of individuals ensuring assigned work is completed and goals are met
Developing in-depth project plans that include timelines and deliverables
Corresponding to Congressional requests
Leading higher-level analysis of programs and budget operations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
