You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the Ashore Logistics Support Branch (TRF-522), Logistics Support Division (TRF-520), Supply Department (TRF-500) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Duties
You will act as a liaison between maintenance shops, production planners, supply department worker centers, BAE and main supply warehouse in requisition, expedite, issue, and receipt processing of supplies and services.
You will input requisitions using the NAVY ERP computer system to process requisitions and clear exceptions.
You will process and monitor all material requests received.
You will prepare messages, reports and other written correspondence for approval.
You will investigate problems, develop procedural solutions, discuss detailing procedures and express findings in clear, concise, logical terms, orally and in writing.
You will attend all management meetings providing status to production shops, contractors and ships personnel on any supply issues or concerns.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
In-depth experience and knowledge of MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP prescribed data elements, codes, and formats for requisitioning material, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Submarine Logistics Data Base (SLDB), the Logistics Database System (LDS), One Touch Supply (OTS), and FEDMALL or similar to interpret supply transactions and processes and initiate any required corrective action.
Experience and knowledge of SLDB Reconciliation processes to include proper procedures for processing requisition files from customer utilizing a text-editing program.
Experience and ability to gather data and analyze supply support effectiveness and to identify and recommend solutions to problems which impact effective management of global customers' outstanding material requisitions.
