About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a Cost Analyst at RMO in Fort Sill, OK.
Duties
Serve as a Team Leader overseeing budgeting and resource management tasks of three to ten personnel.
Utilize management financial systems such as General Fund Business System (GFEBS) and IMCOM Online (IOL) to research processing funds.
Provide professional management accounting and budget recommendations to Command Program Managers and staff.
Develop detail plan of action to align with the Army Cost Management program.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.
- Incumbent will be required to travel outside of the assigned area up to approximately 10 percent of the time.
Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes1. Reconciling transactions at the end of every month to ensure accuracy regarding the distribution of funds among multiple organizations; 2. Preparing resource management and cost reports to estimate amount of funds required for upcoming missions; and 3. Providing guidance to leadership regarding the status of financial operations to ensure regulatory compliance within the organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
