Duties

You will Manage, lead, and perform work that involves developing, delivering or supporting IT systems and services. You will lead and complete multidimensional, complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentor others regularly ensuring appropriate succession, and lead others to accomplish complex, cross-organizational goals. You will serve as the Deputy Lab Manager supporting requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities. You will serve as the primary or alternate Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) responsible for providing pre/post award technical oversight, the continuous monitoring of contract performance, and maintaining individual COR files. You will serve as Special Security Representative responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of the facility’s SCI security program.

• This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 722 Advanced Level within 12 months of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provide technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and stakeholders on critical IT issues including the support of day-to-day lab activities, the continuous monitoring of contract performance, and the implementation of the facility's Sensitive compartmented Information (SCI) security program for subordinate SCIFs.
