You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Military Manpower Branch Code 1121, Manpower Division of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
Duties
You will assist in developing, analyzing, evaluating in improving the effectiveness of work methods and procedures.
You will analyze and review manning structure on a daily basis and provide monthly reports and updating database.
You will conduct organizational and manpower utilization analysis to identify and provide statistical data for manning allocation and deficiencies.
You will assist in reviewing directives and advice on required changes for the organization.
You will plan, assign, organize, and schedule daily work activities to support the Administrative and Manpower Support Team.

Qualifications
For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating manpower program data and developing studies to identify information and recommend improvements for the efficiency and effectiveness of program allocations.
For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector evaluating and gathering manpower program data to provide information for identifying recommendations to improve the efficiency of program allocations.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Substitution of education for GS-11:
Completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.)

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.)
