You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Management Specialist in the Supply Chain Management Policy and Process Division (Code N4) of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Duties
You will serve as Deputy Director for the Supply Chain Management Policy and Processes Division (Code N41B).
You will provide leadership for the Navy Supply Chain Solutions enabled by the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as well as legacy Information Technology system.
You will function as a expert authoritative source for Navy Supply Chain Management and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
You will supervise supply chain management teams that provide oversight for Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Supply Chain Processes and Policies.
You will be responsible for short and long-range planning, resource management, and implementation of all facets of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - Single Supply Solution.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must have at least one year of specialized Supervisory Supply Management Specialist experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that demonstrates an advanced knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Solutions. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Provide analysis and planning to improve overall logistics in overcoming reduced budgets, support infrastructure, and reduced military personnel and manning on board naval vessel(s); 2) Create new logistic and supply chain approaches, policies, and procedures utilized by specialists in resolving logistics-related problems; 3) Provide advanced knowledge of program management techniques to include short and long term strategic planning, resource management, program execution, benefit and cost analysis, contract management, and process improvement; and 4) Plan and render expert guidance and advice to senior managers and technical experts in support of program/project assignments to resolve conflicts and interpret goals, policies, and procedures. 5) Responsible for the supervision and human resource management functions over subordinates, including providing full support of the equal employment opportunity program.
