You will serve as a Supervisory Supply System Analyst in N62, the System Support Division of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties

You will analyze system processes in order to recommend and/or develop corrective procedures to assist with Navy ERP sustainment and support business process reengineering (BPR) effort in alignment with command goals. You will research, evaluate, and provide support/analysis to correct problems and analyze patterns in customer support requirements. You will provide feedback on potential operational efficiencies for Navy ERP. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work. You will design and provide customer training in principles, capabilities, navigation, and performing business transactions in Navy ERP.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst experience performing work equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing system processes to recommend and/or develop corrective procedures to assist with ERP sustainment and support business process reengineering (BPR) effort in alignment with command goals. Examples of specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Perform supply system analysis to develop, identify and correct program changes to NAVY ERP, supporting interfaces and business operations to assure proper program and supply support. Provide supply support information regarding business processes for Order Fulfillment, Repairable ( Carcass Tracking, Stock- in-Transit, Repairable Portal & MRIL) and Allowance/Outfitting. Analyze existing supply policies and procedures to ensure efficiency of operations related to supply management programs. Analyze IT system design requirements for Navy ERP, supporting interfaces and business processes for weapon systems and equipment's. Planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work.
