You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Business Management Branch of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER.

Duties
You will provide technical assistance to the NAVSUP BSC Accessible Unit Manager (AUM) for Records Management (RM), directives/forms, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) programs.
You will ensure documents are stored properly in compliance with Navy Records Management policy and guidelines.
You will develop and plan strategies to administer, maintain, monitor, and analyze Information Technology Service Requests (ISTRs).
You will review and interpret new and established directives, instructions, regulations, and delegations of authority for potential impact on major program objectives, operating policies, and work operations.
You will develop and create special ad hoc reports and respond to Command, NAVSUP, and DON data calls.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of a program and make recommendations for improvement; 2) Managing, developing, maintaining, and monitoring Information Technology Service Request (ITSR) reporting systems for assigned programs; 3) Facilitating open communication, support, and cooperation to individuals and groups at all levels of the organization; and 4) Developing and compiling reports from Information Technology (IT) systems supporting records management.
