About the Position: Works under the general direction of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who provides general mission guidance with broad parameters, goals, and policy guidance.
Duties
Collaborates with leadership on special equipment requests and accommodations.
Serves as project officer for complex collaboration projects and tasks requiring support from multiple agencies, departments, branches, and sections.
Manages staff actions, determines status, prioritizes events, and provides comprehensive status briefs to the supervisor.
Advises staff on training opportunities necessary to comply with mandatory requirements or supporting mission requirements.
Provide administrative support as required for staff actions, personnel actions, and payroll/timekeeping.
Acknowledges the receipt of all taskings, assigns taskings to appropriate OCTO personnel, tracks progress and completions status, and reports status.

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service which includes:
Providing management control over expenditure of directorate funds.
Developing and implementing local guides and instruction to ensure directorate understanding and compliance with requirements in the preparation of budget, plans, and programs.
Compiling annual and special reports summarizing work force, funds, equipment, and facilities utilized in support of OCTO projects, taskings, missions and functions.
Using statistical analyses of past and current workflow to forecast future facility, budget, manpower, and equipment requirements.

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
Education
To qualify at the GS-11 grade level:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
