Duties
You will review work order status reports to analyze data (e.g., cost, man-hour expenditure, workload accomplished).
You will maintain metric reports to ensure data reflects current information.
You will provide monthly reports by activity and by trade regarding average ticket times.
You will review and interpret directives and special instructions from higher authority and assist the supervisor in the development and dissemination of policies and procedures.
You will work with the Maximo Program Manager to support/deliver Maximo training as required.

- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
- This position may be required to remain on duty or be called in to duty in the event of a disaster, either manmade or natural.
- This position requires the ability to do shift work on a rotating basis, including weekends, holidays and the after hour between 1600 and 0730.
- In the unlikely event of a Base closure, the incumbent may be required to travel in support of a temporary RCC to be located in another regional Base.
- If selected below the full performance level, you may be noncompetitively promoted to the next higher grade level after meeting all regulatory requirements, and upon the recommendation of management. Promotion is neither implied nor guaranteed.
Qualifications
GS-11 Applicants: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Prioritizing service requests by evaluating the urgency of the repair problem for physical facilities; 2) Validating work orders in automated asset management systems such as MAXIMO; 3) Using automated systems to design specialized reports requested by Public Works Departments or other supported customers; and 4) Assisting in and/or designing, validating, troubleshooting and modifying regional call center standard operating procedures.
GS-09 Applicants: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receiving and processing service requests for maintenance and repair of physical facilities via telephone and/or email; 2) Obtaining relevant information through customer interaction regarding the maintenance problem and the resources necessary to effect a repair; 3) Using automated systems such as MAXIMO, to prepare or assist in the preparation of, complex metrics reports relating to call center volume and efficiency; and 4) Providing guidance to co-workers on proper data entry for entries such a job order number, work center, labor/craft code, failure class and problem code, etc.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the GS-11 Position:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
Possession of an LL.M., if related
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
For the GS-09 Position:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
