You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (FM&C) of ASN.
Duties
You will bring end-to-end process experience requirements in support of future migrations.
You will leverage financial management process experience to support end-to-end process Integrated Product teams including collaboration with Financial Management and Comptroller, Department of the Navy, and Commands.
You will support the development of Standard Operating Procedures Workflow charts, User Guides, Memorandum for the Records, etc.
You will support Data Management processes through engagement with the Data Management Integrated Team (e.g. mapping of data , identifying/communicating data management issues, etc.)
You will support Execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for end-to-end process through stabilization inclusive of ensuring UAT test defects are reported and tracked and deliver UAT test scripts, materials, user guides, etc.
You will development training material and training activities inclusive of Train the Trainer, Teach Backs, and End User Training
You will support Organizational Change Management (OCM) through engagement with the OCM Team including formal Communications, Lessons Learned, Surveys / Questionnaires, Roadshow agendas, etc.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This is a Financial Management Level II certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Applying principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budgeting and/or financing and their relation to subordinates and senior level management;
Supporting financial management systems including (e.g., acquisition, process establish, testing, migration, etc.);
Developing and/or recommending changes in funding and budget that may require revisions to programs; and
Applying financial management policies and laws to execute assigned tasks and resolve system issues;
