You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Command Operations N0918 Command Action Group and Administrative Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
This position is Temporary Not to Exceed (NTE) 5 years but may be made Permanent without further competition.
Duties
You will coordinate and task specific staff and organizational elements responsible for researching, developing, and preparing documents, talking points, position papers, and briefings for use in meetings, briefings, and visits with mission partners.
You will evaluate and analyze resource requirements for current and future workload requirements and Directorate operations.
You will organize, manage, and present information and recommendations to management.
You will research data, develop briefings, and prepare fact sheets and reports.
You will participate and coordinate conferences and meetings with staff representatives of other agencies and provide command presentation support.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of the programs, missions, and functions of NAVSUP WSS , Department of the Navy (DON), and Department of Defense (DOD) partners to provide administrative and management analysis support; 2) Developing and providing briefings to department or command leadership; 3) Analyzing and evaluating data to develop recommendations/policies concerning administrative processes and management controls; 4) Managing multiple projects leveraging team members across various functional areas; and 5) Demonstrating professional correspondence skills, including writing factual reports, preparing spreadsheets, and developing briefing charts.
