You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Contracting Department of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.
Duties
You will provide analytical, administrative and business support to improve the efficiency and productivity of the department
You will serve as a point of contact for information regarding management status reporting requirement
You will perform statistical analysis of projects, process and service and prepare concept papers, briefings and deliver presentations
You will oversee assigned program and develop guidance and techniques for functional improvement
You will give advice , counsel, or instruction to individual employees as required on both work and administrative matters

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying a mastery knowledge of supervisory and management principles, organizational theory and techniques of analysis and evaluation sufficient to conduct studies and perform administrative and functional planning in order to make recommendations in support of its program and mission. Specialized experience must include 1) Analyze and evaluate criteria to the measurement and improvement of program effectiveness and productivity; 2) Develop, update and maintain both new and existing data bases and serve as a team lead for projects when assigned; 3) Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short term priorities; 4) Mastery skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues and studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.
