You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Contracting Department, Business Management and Data Analytics Division of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.
Duties
You will oversee the work of subordinates and assesses performances
You will establish goals and objectives for personnel aligned with the mission and vision of the command
You will provide management of the staff administrative analytical , planning and evaluative work for the department
You will solve difficult problems through the analysis of empirical data, to include: market spend, contracting and other data
You will be responsible for management of the staff administrative analytical, planning and evaluative work for the department

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of Supervisory Management and Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a masteryknowledge of supervisory and management principles, organizational theory and techniques of analysis and evaluation sufficient to conduct studies and perform administrative, analytical planning, functional planning, supervisory and evaluative work for the department in support of its program and mission. Specialized experience must include: 1) Plan, schedule, and conduct projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and maximize economy of work operations and achieve program goals; 2) Plan, establish, administer, coordinate, standardize, communicate, and analyze, areas of the Category Management process;3) Manage, control, and provides direction to the Division, analyzing internal operations and evaluating team efficiency; 4) Mastery skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues and studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations through the workload and staffing, metrics, and the Departments' Strategic Business plan; 5) Applying quantitative and qualitative methods, measurement, fact-finding, and investigative techniques, to provide data driven solutions that will improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness; and 6) Preparing and delivering briefings to management on findings and recommendations; to include creating concept papers, briefings, reports, information papers, graphs, and making presentations with study results and recommendations to management.
