You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Organizational Review and Effectiveness Office, Naval Submarine Support Facility NLON.
Duties
You will plan, organize, and direct the activities of Command Review and Investigations (CR and I) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), ensuring that oversight activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
You will serve as the command's representative to review, inspect, investigate or otherwise inquire into all matters concerning Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) and its subordinate activities.
You will facilitate the implementation of an effective governance process to establish and maintain comprehensive CR and I and IRM programs.
You will direct and monitor the development of procedures for establishing, and assessing the effectiveness of administrative control systems such as those designed to prevent waste, loss, unauthorized use, or misappropriation of assets.
You will manage the identification, training, and assignment of Subject Matter Experts (SME) from inside and outside the command to effectively execute review of command programs and operations.
You will coordinate with command process improvement and innovation personnel to identify potential Get Real, Get Better (GRGB) process improvement projects.
You will perform other duties as assigned.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying a wide range of complete inspection and compliance principles, concepts and practices pertaining to command operations and programs.
Experience planning, organizing, training, leading, directing or facilitating teams of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in performing analyses of a wide range of command operations and administrative programs.
Experience applying qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to work assignments, analyzing diverse organizational programs, policies and procedures, identifying existing and potential problems, and formulating viable solutions.
Experience influencing management officials to accept recommendations that affect the overall mission effectiveness.
Experience communicating both verbally and in writing, with all levels of leadership and the workforce, to develop and conduct operational and administrative program analytics and compliance reviews.
