You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of CENTER FOR SUBMARINE LEARNING
Duties
You will develop strategic performance measurement data to address the linkage between strategic measures and operational requirements
You will coordinate team efforts in meeting project objectives.
You will integrate the efforts of a multi-disciplinary team of experts
You will set organizational priorities and propose recourse alignments to support them.
You will evaluate organizational outputs and processes and implement changes for improvement.
You will develop and implement organizational strategic goals and manage their resourcing needs to achieve completion.
You will oversee operational readiness and administrative efficiency of the organization.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-15 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1)Directing submarine mission-oriented training programs around the world that are delivered by 11 Submarine Learning Centers (SLC) Learning Sites; 2) Provides SLC Commanding Officer with a broad base of highly technical and business functions that are critical to the continuity and successful accomplishment of the Center's mission; 3) Advises on changes to organizational structures, organizational charts, and mission and function statements to implement reorganizations or changes in program administration in order to reduce or eliminate functional overlap amongst other activities; 4) Planning, developing, and carrying out vital training programs which meet the needs of the Fleet and other customers, and many different unrelated processes and methods that require ingenuity
