You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will use Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) to enter and track the tuition assistance budget.

You will assist the Functional Training Manager with coordinating events, analyzing training requirements, conducting surveys, and preparing reports.
You will participate as a member of the command strategy team and assist with planning Strategic Planning Sessions.
Requirements

Qualifications
Specialized Experience GS 7: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative support and assistance for all aspects of a program including planning, resourcing, execution, and documentation. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Coordinating a variety of actions to monitor and ensure effective program support; 2) Assisting in resolving issues or problems of a procedural and factual nature; 3) Utilizing working knowledge of purchase card policy and procedures; and 4) Using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) or similar systems to monitor funding and budget requirements.
Specialized Experience GS 9: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative support and assistance for all aspects of a program including planning, resourcing, execution, and documentation. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Coordinating a variety of actions to monitor and ensure effective program support; 2) Applying analytical and evaluative techniques to resolve issues or problems of a procedural and factual nature; 3) Utilizing working knowledge of purchase card policy and procedures; 4) Using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) or similar systems to monitor funding and budget requirements; 5) Executing purchase card transactions with training providers, tracking payments, approving invoices and keeping financial records.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the GS 7 level:
Successful completion of a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement
OR
Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education leading to a master's degree;
OR

Education Substitution for Experience at the GS-09 Level: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
