You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the DEPUTY PRODUCTION RESOURCE DIVISION, PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will prepare instructions, operating policies, procedures and guidelines concerning assigned programs.
You will gather, interpret, analyze and correlate large amounts of narrative and statistical information; note past and present standards, workload, and deviation from standards, and validate requirements.
You will recommend required changes and adjustments to accomplish goals and objectives.
You will make presentations and conduct training concerning assigned programs.
You will develop models for analyzing management and program studies, business and quality systems, and their effectiveness.
You will develop training materials, prepare reports and point papers.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting program studies, analyzing findings, and developing recommendations to resolve and improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of organizational programs and operations.
For GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing program study findings, and developing recommendations to resolve and improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of organizational programs and operations.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For GS-11:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related to position.
