You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the CNAL FORCE SUPPLY (N41) subdivision of COMNAVAIRLANT.
Duties
You will oversee the overall planning, direction and timely execution of Naval Aviation Logistics Readiness programs.
You will direct all Naval Air Forces air war-fighting, supply management, manpower, infrastructure training and readiness requirements.
You will utilize Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process to allocate resources for manpower and supply.
You will investigate and report on complex and sophisticated systems to evaluate modification, maintenance and related logistics problems.
You will manage the Supply Analytics Cell.
You will manage budget and make necessary adjustments.
You will be responsible for Navy-wide, full range of aviation and maritime supply management and readiness.
You will provide direct supervision over administrative and technical analytical studies, reports of a broad spectrum of Logistics and Supply Warfare requirements.
You will provide direct supervision in relation to force readiness issues, management information and budget management.
You will track progress and evaluate work performance.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying analytical, both qualitative and quantitative, and planning techniques to assess and improve complex end-to-end aviation supply program effectiveness.
Experience applying mastery knowledge of policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the operations of Naval Aviation Supply Programs.
Experience applying mastery knowledge in conducting comprehensive management studies, reviewing, formulating, and integrating diverse mission support functional programs to identify and propose solutions to management problems and complex barriers to readiness.
Experience applying broad knowledge of the objectives, and sequence of key program events and milestones as they relate to aviation and maritime supply support programs.
