You will serve as a Regional Deployability Coordinator in the Total Work Force Management Dir (N1) of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC.
Duties
You will plan and conduct comprehensive in-depth analysis, to include the development of Force-wide metrics to review and provide assessments of Submarine Force LIMDU/DES distribution.
You will provide oversight to assigned Regional Deployability Coordinators (RDC).
You will ensure these personnel are following and adhering to all applicable instructions and guidance as set forth by leadership.
You will coordinate requests for transfer of non-deployable Sailors within or between subordinate commands or other appropriate entity and provide recommendations to PERS-454.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, oversight, and management of Force Limited Duty/Disability Evaluation System (LIMDU/DES) personnel to ensure that Sailors are fully integrated into assigned commands, and to ensure that LIMDU/DES personnel attend all of their necessary medical and administrative appointments, providing personnel advice to senior leadership on LIMDU/DES management, and interacting with external organizations and agencies addressing LIMDU/DES manning and administrative management issues. Leads, plans, coordinates, and executes strategic actions supporting the integration of LIMDU/DES distribution solutions throughout COMSUBPAC and its subordinate commands and manages LIMDU/DES manning actions.
