About the Position: Position is located at US Army Cadet Command, 2nd Brigade, Fort Dix, NJ.
Duties
Develop systems for monitoring contracts, payments and logistical plans for supporting and monitoring all personnel assigned to the organization.
Use automated information systems (hardware, software, and peripheral equipment) to monitor Training Program requirements.
Create reports by analyzing data to advise management with recommendations/improvements.
Develop automation systems to monitor trainee performance data.
Assemble and delivers training program briefings for the Command Group, military and civilian dignitaries.
Create, develop, coordinate, and implement Standard Operating Procedures regarding training programs.
Provide written documentation to inform users of changes within the training programs.
Communicate orally and in writing to prepare and deliver briefings all personnel assigned to the organization.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- This position requires that the employee occasionally travel away from the normal duty station up to 10% of the time.
- May be required to complete a one year probationary period.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: (1) Reviewing training regulations and/or policies to develop mission guidelines, (2) Presenting analytical data from reports for briefing to senior leaders, (3) Utilizing automated databases in order to support training programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you may qualify if your education meets the definitions below:
Education Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
