This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for serving as the Functional Sponsor of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), the Case Tracking System (CTS) and other SC systems as assigned.
Duties
As a PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Provides recommendations to high-ranking agency officials that address complex problems, and issues that cross organizational boundaries and impact key performance within the DoD related to assigned enterprise data system requirements.
Leads business process re- engineering efforts to ensure finalized requirements represent efficient best practices for CWD business processes across the Security Cooperation (SC) community.
Liaises with Air Force, Army, and Navy counterparts to review and monitor military department-specific data system requirements pertaining to development and tracking of actions.
Leads program analyses that result in new, or enhanced, policies and operating procedures that enhance case development and data tracking by DSCA and the wider SC community.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-14 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
developing requirements and standardization of business processes of data tracking systems
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
