Duties

Serve as the Chief, Contract/Construction Branch, Engineering Services Division, Directorate of Public Works. Incumbent has responsibility for management of the DPW Quality Assurance (QA)/Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) program in accordance with Office of Federal Procurement Policy and Federal Acquisition Regulations.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementOral CommunicationQuality AssuranceTechnical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
