About the Position: Performs duties as the senior maintenance manager for a large multi-functional Army Field Level Maintenance (FLM) mission conducted at multiple facilities across Fort Leonard Wood with the responsibility of integrating the supply, maintenance, and transportation functions into a unified logistics program.

Duties

Directs Army Field Level Maintenance operations in support of the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). Integrate supply, maintenance, and transportation functions into a unified logistics program in support of tactical ground equipment, small arms and supporting equipment. Coordinate logistics support to serviced organizations through activities within the organization. Direct and manage the day-to-day Field Level Maintenance requirements for weapons, communications and optical equipment, light and heavy ground tactical equipment, power support equipment, construction equipment, and other special purpose items. Establish performance standards for personnel, advise personnel of performance objectives, and prepare formal evaluation of personnel performance. Analyze Army supply and maintenance production records, status reports and equipment utilization to evaluate progress and efficiency of maintenance performed. Perform overall planning for the Field Level Maintenance program by developing goals, ensure training requirements are completed, and budgetary execution. Maintain full oversight and compliance of all financial and supply resources and processes. Attends meetings and conferences to disseminate pertinent information relative to the equipment management program. Manage equipment, facilities and manpower to accomplish specific projects and programs in order to meet maintenance mission.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
