You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Training Directorate at Center for Information Warfare Training of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.

Duties

You will manage curriculum development projects to include applying business rules to set priorities and to develop and execute a project plan and budget. You will develop new or revised instructional materials to meet educational standards and training requirements. You will collect and analyze organizational data to measure training goal effectiveness, develop statistical and narrative justifications for changes to training programs, and create recommendations for instructional improvements. You will prepare issue papers and presentations to support training initiatives. You will develop improved or refined methods or procedures to devise solutions for training program and organizational problem areas. You will evaluate the effectiveness of instructional/educational programs and develop and implement solutions for identified deficiencies.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing a wide variety of instructional development methods and principles to develop, design, and revise adult instructional materials which result in complete and full-length training products; 2) Administering, teaching, or instructing an adult, secondary, college, or military education program, using accepted principles, practices, and techniques of instruction; 3) Assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of adult instructional programs; 4) Developing plans, methods, tools, and policies for measuring effectiveness of training programs and achievement of organizational instructional objectives; and 5) Utilizing technological capabilities associated with development and delivery of training. ?????
