You will serve as a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst in the N823 Division of the Comptroller of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. You will be the supervisor of the Purchase Card and Position Management programs.

Duties

You will have knowledge of micro purchasing and manpower management programs sufficient to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) You will serve as the NAVSUP WSS point of contact for Command level audits, inspections, and Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) corrective action plans. You will have knowledge of WSS budgetary policies, processes, and procedures sufficient to ensure financial services are appropriately funded, prepare and defend financial issues associated with Purchase Card and Manpower Management. You will supervise all personnel assigned to the Purchase Card and Position Mangement Branch.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Supervisory Management and Program Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating knowledge of micro purchasing and manpower management programs to develop and maintain NAVSUP WSS policies and procedures for all financial services. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Overseeing all Government Purchase Card (GPC) activities and manpower support functions; 2) Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to propose solutions to workforce challenges impacting the organization; 3) Identifying training gaps and recommending appropriate training to remain current in the areas of expertise; and 4) Assigning work to subordinates based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty and the capabilities of employees.
