About the Position: This position is located at Evans Army Community Hospital in the Resource Management Division, Program and Budget Branch. The incumbent of this position will serve as the Lead Budget Analyst. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Is advance in hire MAY be authorized. Duties

Assists the Budget Branch Chief in the preparation, justification, and presentation of input to the annual command operating budget for Evans Army Community Hospital. Develops the framework, prepares instructions, and establishes procedures within which budget estimates are to be made; renders advice to Department Chiefs, Deputy Commanders, and the Budget Branch Chief, concerning the operating budget. Prepares monthly and quarterly Resource Management reports, monthly reconciliation of General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) in relation to execution plan. Establishes the fund distribution for various appropriations. Assumes responsibility for tracking earning status of all reimbursable accounts.

• Financial Management Certification Level 2 is required within 2 years of being hired. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.
• This position is subject to screening and update of required immunizations unless exempted for medical or administrative reasons in accordance with Army Regulation 40-562, Chapters 3 and 4.
• Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.
• Position is designated as Inclement Weather Essential. The incumbent must make every attempt to report for work on time and/or remain on duty during severe weather conditions.
• This is a financial Management level 2 Certified position the National Defense Authorization Act(NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F- Financial Management, Section 1599d.
