About the Position: This position is with the National Guard Bureau, Human Capital Management, Civilian Management Branch, Arlington, VA. About the Surrounding Area: Situated in Northern Virginia on the south bank of the Potomac River directly across from Washington D.C., Arlington is headquarters to many departments and agencies of the federal government, including the Department of Defense and is the location of many national memorials and museums.

Duties

Utilize automated equipment and applications designed for the support of Force Management and Force Documentation system. Prepare correspondence for the signature of the Branch Chief and Deputy Director for the organization. Develop guidelines and procedures for reviews of Army National Guard manning and authorization documentation.
