You will serve as a Program/Financial Manager in the DDG 51 Class Ship Control Systems Branch, Code 524 in the Hull, Mechanical and Electrical Control, Navigation, Network & Cyber Engineering Department of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWC PHILA DIV).
Duties
You will coordinate and plan programmatic meetings and program reviews, forecast workload demand and perform work acceptance and assignment.
You will formulate approaches and proposals to accomplish goals.
You will manage a consolidated list of metrics to account for cost, schedule and performance of planned and accomplished tasking.
You will utilize program and financial system tools such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS).
You will develop technical and managerial approaches and establish reporting and communication channels and schedules.
You will conduct stakeholder management, customer advocacy and foster organizational relationships.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating the management and analysis in support of government and contractor workforce to ensure quality, cost, schedule, and technical requirements are met. Examples of Qualifying Experience may include program funds management; developing estimates and schedules; demonstrated customer interface and satisfaction.
