Duties
You will as a SUPERVISORY INTERGRATED PRIMARY PREVENTION COORDINATOR in the Integrated Primary Prevention Workforce (IPPW); Naval Reserve Readiness Command (REDCOM), OFFICE OF THE CHIEF STAFF OFFICER, NORFOLK, VA.
You will supervise/oversee all aspects of the planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training, education, and outreach for integrated prevention programs
You will lead prevention programs and related program management activities.
You will coordinates with subject matter experts across programs in implementing prevention events and training/education and leveraging approaches that increase efficiencies.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
or
Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
or
Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
EXPERIENCE:
In addition to the Basic Requirements listed above, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
Experience assigning work to ECH IV and below employees based on priorities, selective consideration of assignment difficulty and requirements, and the employee's capabilities, and privileging status.
Experience establishing prevention activities and leads or supports program evaluation and performance assessment activities.
Experience overseeing the development, planning and execution of core functions of an optimized prevention system, such as engagement, implementation, evaluation, and integration
Experience providing consultative advice, and works closely with relevant ECH IV and below stakeholders
Experience identifying efficiencies in the development of and delivery of primary prevention, and ensuring that occupational health, social and organizational psychology, public health, and/or other behavioral and social science perspectives are considered in prevention planning
