About the Position: This is an Administrative Support Assistant position with USACE Little Rock District, Executive Office. This position will be located in Little Rock, AR.
Duties
Oversee the administrative support of the Executive Office
Review records of subordinate organizations to insure property records are accurate.
Maintain a perpetual inventory of general office use supplies.
Prepare travel requests in the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent which includes performing the following duties 1.) Maintain property records for an office AND 2) Prepare travel request documents for an organization.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
