About the Position: This is an Administrative Support Assistant (OA), GS-0303-7 position for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District, Operations Division, located in Little Rock, AR.

Duties

Review records of subordinate organizations to insure property records are accurate. Prepare travel and training requests in the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS). Prepare purchase requests, tracks receipts of supplies and services, and maintains a complete audit trail for transactions which expend government funds. Assist the Administrative Officer on personnel actions and issues affecting the Division.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes performing 2 out of 3 of the following duties: 1) Preparing and tracking purchase request to maintain an audit trail of government funds OR 2) administering purchases of supplies, equipment, and services using the Government Purchase Card (GPC) or similar card OR 3) performing administrative support duties such as personnel administration and property record management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
