This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting maintaining, updating, and administering the DSCA CPI program including development of goals and objectives, communication plans and products, and resource estimates and allocations for assigned programs.
Duties
As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Assist in data analysis, provide consultation and advice, and help implement projects designed to ensure Security Cooperation (SC) programs remain effective, flexible, and responsive to higher level requirements.
Serve on, or leads, inter - and intra agency working groups and conduct assessments needed to develop and adjudicate standardized process requirements.
Plan, organize, and direct studies/reviews of current business processes and procedures.
Provide advice, assistance, and staff support to senior managers about the community user requirements for case execution data systems, ensuring improved effectiveness/efficiency of SC programs.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
Implementing and maintaining a continuous process improvement (CPI) program;
Analyzing statistical data/vulnerabilities to determine process changes and improvements needed and/or programming changes that could enhance standardization;
Identifying, validating, and approving business rules; and
Providing analysis and performance evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and procedures throughout an agency

Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
