You will serve as a Supervisory Public Affairs Specialist in the Community Relations Branch of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will manage Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps HQMC digital engagement, content production, and content distribution activities, include social media sites and networks.
You will oversees content production efforts by planning, directing, managing, coordinating, synchronizing, and supervising widely diversified visual information
You will administer and oversee the implementation of new and innovative policies, regulations, programs, and procedures.
You will serves as the Video Production Program manager for staff agencies, activities, and independent offices
You will be responsible for coordinating and executing VI Plans for targeted campaigns.
You will provide VI planning to include: digital engagement strategy, still and/or video coverage; CONUS and/or OCONUS video coverage of DOD official broadcasts.
You will provide fleet wide training in the specialty area of Digital Engagement and Content Production processes and procedures.
You will provides direct support and oversight support of equipment, production and services with specific concentration on parades and marketing products and services.
You will design and execute direct response marketing efforts to launch the branding of Marine Corps programs and initiatives, quality of materials, and measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaign.
You will research and asses existing and emerging doctrine, directives, policies, and legal statutes relating to official and unofficial Marine Corps Internet-based engagements and propose social media and Internet-based engagement policy guidance.
You will plan work to be accomplished, evaluate work performance, assigns work, give advice, counsel, or instruction subordinates on work and administrative matters.
Requirements

- This position may require occasional travel from normal duty station.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101
- You will be required to maintain a valid state Driver's License.
- Occasional overtime will be required including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing, integrating and assessing service-level communication plans, guidance, and music programs; produce communication products; and inform and educate relevant audiences to achieve institutional objectives.
