You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the PUBLIC WORKS BUSINESS LINE DIVISION of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will compile, organize, and synthesize total force data using database extrapolations and multiple trending software applications.
You will track metrics to provide statistical oriented correspondence.
You will analyze personnel information and data for personnel-related reports.
You will develop action plans to incorporate best practices across an organization.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performs recurring audits of administrative requirements and recommends personnel movements to achieve workload and workforce shaping goals; 2) Analyzes inventory for minor property in the organization, & makes recommendations for elimination of excess or for supplementing inadequate resources; 3) Utilizes computer technology and various software programs to translate information into charts and graphs for tracking purposes and presentation materials; 4) Formulates execution and embedded management strategies for adequate coverage across the matrixed line for use of Government Purchase Cards, cell phones, vehicles, equipment and other tools as required.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
