You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst within NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
This announcement uses the Certain Personnel of the DoD direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Duties
You will keep abreast of current and projected data analysis requirements.
You will provide analysis to address current and future Navy ERP information needs.
You will help develop the supporting information infrastructure.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing functional analysis over all aspects of the management information systems IT life cycle including requirements management and database and DataMart management and designs; 2) Devising long-term strategies governing the planning and delivery of information management capabilities and services; 3) Participating in the improvement of information strategies which contribute to the development of information infrastructure; 4) Directing efforts to identify data warehouse enhancement concepts for customer's current and projected operational requirement; and 5) Using tools such as Oracle, Informatica, Business Objects Enterprise, Dashboard Manager, etc. which integrate goals and display progress against objectives.
GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting requirements analysis; 2) Planning and testing documentation for Enterprise Resource Planning and Total Force Products and evaluating Enterprise Resource Planning data sets; 3) Participating in efforts to identify data warehouse enhancement concepts for customer's current and projected operational requirement; and 4) Using tools such as Oracle, Informatica, Business Objects Enterprise, Dashboard Manager, etc. which integrate goals and display progress against objectives.

At the GS-11 grade level, education can be used to qualify:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
