About the Position:
The purpose of this position is to serve as the DoDEA Anti-Harassment Program Coordinator, assigned to the Labor Management Employee Relations Division.
Duties
Prepare a comprehensive investigation report which summarizes the investigative activities, itemizes undisputed facts, and/or states facts pertinent to the complainant’s allegations.
Create and maintain a well-trained collateral duty team of anti-harassment points-of-contact throughout the major organization component areas, such as regional and district offices.
Follow inquiries and examine the case file for sufficiency determinations which require extensive interpretation of the law, executive orders, federal regulations, and evidence collected during the inquiry.
Provide both case-specific and standard-operating-procedure guidance.

Requirements

Specialized Experience GS-13: One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing and analyzing allegations of harassment in the workplace, conducting training to the workforce on preventing and addressing harassment, providing advice and guidance to the workforce on anti-harassment policies, laws, and regulations, and tracking progress of harassment cases or preparing reports to statistical data on harassment cases.
Specialized Experience GS-14: One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing and analyzing allegations of harassment in the workplace, conducting and/or developing training for the workforce in preventing and/or addressing harassment, preparing internal guidance in support of an Anti-Harassment program, recommending changes in policies or practices to eliminate harassment and promote a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment, and conducting projects or studies designed to eliminate and/or help prevent harassment in the work environment.
Time in Grade Requirement for GS 13: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
Time in Grade Requirement for GS 14: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
