About the Position: This position is located within DoDEA Headquarters, Office of the Director, Equal Employment Opportunity Programs, Case Management Branch in Alexandria, Virginia.

Duties

Assist the DoDEA ADR PM with creating, documenting, executing and maintaining a robust Title VII Equal Employment Opportunity ADR program across the DoDEA footprint. Serve as a communications conduit between conflicting individuals with the aim of expediting informal dispute resolution. Prepare settlement agreements and collect documentation to support compliance with settlement agreements. Carry out mediation efforts in compliance with Agency Alternative Dispute Resolution policy, negotiated agreements, and memorandum of understanding.

Requirements

  • Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Direct deposit of pay is required.
  • One year probationary period may be required.
  • Appointment subject to a suitability/fitness determination, as determined by a background investigation.
  • This position requires a Tier 1 (T1) investigation.

For this job, you must meet the qualifications requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
