You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST for the SCSTC LTFLANT.
Duties
You will function as the Facility Manager and Safety Officer managing preventive and corrective facility maintenance programs.
You will coordinate with training support detachments for the management of staff office space assignments.
You will liaison with the Information Technology Support office for Detachment NIPR/SIPR requirements.
You will coordinate with Public Works Detachment to upgrade command buildings, utilities and services.
You will manage the development of policy changes, and prioritize requirements for changes to existing systems, staffing, equipment and facilities.
You will serve as Safety Officer responsible for all matters dealing with personnel and equipment safety programs in accordance with DOD, Navy and local policies.
You will review laboratory requests, coordinate personnel necessary to meet these requirements, and ensure scheduled laboratory equipment is configured correctly in accordance objectives and customer requirements.
You will serve as Assistant Command Security Manager, ensuring proper classification management, personnel security, information systems security, and classified material control.
You will receive project assignments and be responsible for researching and recommending possible approaches and methods that will meet these objectives.
Requirements

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of facility management policies, practices and procedures to determine requirements for maintaining, altering or renovating buildings, equipment, and associated services; 2) Identifying and recommending correction actions of safety hazards in an industrial, laboratory and/or training environment to ensure workplace safety; and 3) Analyzing plans, programs and budgets to ensure effective use of resources; and 4) Utilizing computing systems to track and verify status of facility maintenance and projects.
