You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Supplier Performance & Logistics Systems Department of Naval Sea Systems Command Logistics Center, Keyport Division, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA) in Mayport, FL, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Norfolk, VA.
Duties
You will plan, lead, and manage execution of assigned functions/tasking's.
You will serve as the technical/operational point of contact for program officials and NSLC managers regarding the delivery of products/services and serve as an advisor regarding unit technical/operation capability.
You will interpret/provide technical guidance regarding, but not limited to, Ships' 3M History Database, Model Based Product Support, Naval Maintenance Repair and Overhaul, and Configuration Data Managers Database-Open Architecture.
You will identify/monitor changes in customer requirements, technological and operation developments.
You will author/facilitate development of new technical/administrative procedures.
You will provide input as requested to evolving Navy initiatives including Maintenance/Logistics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other higher-level Navy and DoD IT enterprise, integration and cost-saving initiatives.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing or evaluating the effectiveness of Information Technology operations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Examples of Qualifying Experience may include managing information technology systems; working with enterprise configuration data management and logistics systems; utilizing various phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including Test and Evaluation.
