You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the BUSOPS/METRICS DIVISION ???????,CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of SOUTHEAST REG MAINTENANCE CTR SERMC.
Duties
You will plan, organize, coordinate, supervise, and direct the Work of five (5) personnel.
You will exercise the full range of supervisory and personnel management authorities and responsibilities in directing work of the subordinate staff.
You will plan, assign and review work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, prepare schedules for completion of work, and requests overtime, when needed.
You will give advice, counsel, or instruct employees on work and administrative matters; hears and resolves complaints from employees, etc.
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees and makes provision for such development and training.
You will develop annual and long range evaluation and review plans for the Business Operations/*Enterprise Resource Planning* Division.
You will ensure adherence to prescribed policies and standards.
You will serve as senior analyst and is responsible for planning and coordinating multiple team member studies and data collection/responses throughout the Command.
You will participate in conferences, briefings, and decision-making meetings.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience working with Capability Planning/Ship Maintenance Model and relationship to 9-Step Budgeting Process for Command Resource Planning and Program Objectives Memorandum to develop POM papers, budget development and workload and resource reporting;
Experience practicing continuous process improvement and using project management methodologies to lead, participate in events that lead to greater efficiencies in an organization;
Experience coordinating and planning Maintenance Activity Assessments and NAVSEA Inspector General inspections;
Experience budgeting for military construction and Facilities planning;
Experience conducting Enterprise Resource Planning to include Work Force Management, Material Management, Financial Management, Plant Maintenance, and Maintenance Figure of Merit.
