You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIVISION (C1160), ERP (C1180) of SOUTHEAST REG MAINTENANCE CTR SERMC.
Duties
You will represent the command with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Development.
You will facilitate the ERP process re-engineering with process owners (functional departments).
You will propose ERP configuration changes based on the re-engineering effort.
You will develop and manage roll out Plan of Action and Milestone for additional Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Modules across the Regional Maintenance Center (RMC).
You will provide site support and training on ERP Software and audit ERP Compliance.
You will maintain functionality of legacy ERP Systems and learn functionality of new ERP systems.
You will perform all services and functions required by the NEMAIS Service Level Agreement and FFC Activity Post Go-Live Section.
You will assist the SERMC Records Manager in the rollout, establishment and management of an Electronic Records Management System for all SERMC end users.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
To qualify for the Information MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0343-12, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience successfully administering, coordinating, training, monitoring and operating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Experience providing customer help desk services to the Command user base for Navy ERP Systems applications.
Experience proposing configuration changes, providing site support, creating and managing command reports to support execution of departmental functions and tasks.
Experience supporting, managing, and monitoring the command's Government Furnished Materials Ordering Procedures for production and overhead material.
Experience managing the rollout, establishment and management of an Electronic Records Management System.
Experience working with senior managers for joint requirements and DOD wide applicability of Records Management solutions.
