Duties

Serves as shift manager during absence of Recreation Specialist (Program Manager). Assigns work by defining objectives, priorities, and deadlines and provides guidance to other staff. Helps plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for a variety of sponsored special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. Cleans and performs minor maintenance on facility equipment.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Be generally available to work irregular hours, evenings and/or weekends.
• Perform duties that involve working in an indoor and outdoor environment.

Qualifications

Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Applicants who possess the following Highly Preferred Criteria will be rated amongst the highly preferred: At least 12 months experience facilitating paddle sports. At least 12 months of RecTrac experience.
