About the Position: This position serves as the Program Analyst within the Combat Developments Division of the Force Modernization Center. The primary purpose of the position is to provide managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations

Duties

Advise on interpretation and application of programming policies, directives and strategies for obtaining approval of proposed programs. Analyze Program Objective Memorandum (POM) to give guidance and instructions while identifying and justifying program requirements. Serve as the Program Analyst within the Combat Developments Division of the Force Modernization Center. Develop programming data for the requirements for the Command Capabilities Based Program List (CBPL) input. Perform all functions within the Defense Travel System related to travel entitlements/payments.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• This is a drug testing designated position.
• Temporary duty travel (TDY) travel is occasionally required 15% of the time.
• This position requires a financial management level 2 certification.
