You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the LIFTING & HANDLING DEPARTMENT (Code 700) of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will direct continuous process improvement efforts to improve the Code/Shop management, business, and leadership performance.
You will analyze, extract, summarize, and identify significant trends and issues and forecast and estimate program requirements.
You will develop models for analyzing management and program studies, business and leadership systems, and their effectiveness.
You will develop training materials, courses, tools, and skills required to effectively implement management, business, and leadership systems for use by a wide audience across the command.
You will develop and implement systems and methods for conducting and evaluating self-assessments; and for recommending, implementing, and integrating changes when needed.
You will make presentations and conduct training with respect to assigned programs.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning and conducting studies of workforce development or organizational efficiency, analyzing results or trends, and making recommendations for changes or improvements to work methods or procedures.
