You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (RRL)in the Carrier Training Department (N7) of COMMANDER NAVAL AIR PACIFIC.
Duties
You will provide research and analytical services to assist in achieving Ready Relevant Learning (RRL)goals and objectives.
You will provide data collection, research, analysis, and interpretation of Fleet individual training requirements and develops briefings, reports, and recommendations for improvement.
You will analyze Enlisted Rating training paths and learning objectives to determine gaps in individuals training requirements.
You will independently review individual training requirement recommendations for various stakeholder organizations for completeness to ensure all inputs support CNAF enlisted career continuums of learning.
You will interpret and validates inputs to assist the Force RRL Program Manager in the adjudication of various training path recommendations.
You will develop assessments and briefings on impacts to CNAF readiness based on changes in individuals training requirements.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating program data for management by improving technical operating efficiencies to upholding the program standards.
